Overall we were satisfied with the move of our sons car from Bellevue WA to Davenport, IA. However was a bit disappointed with call from dispatcher that we had to settle for different delivery location because of be residential. Then arrange for nighttime pickup and change that mid-day to the next day - not a big deal BUT I was doing from out of state, dispatcher called asking where we were less then 1 hour after initial call that he would be there unloading other cars! All in all transaction was good!
