After reading a lot of reviews we chose to use ship a car direct to ship our car from Missouri to California. It took only a few days for them to find a carrier and the car was picked up a few days later. The driver met us a block away from our place and was very thorough in his pick up documentation of the condition of the car as were we. He was a little late for the pick up but only by an hour or so but once he arrived it only took about 20 minutes to turn it over to him. It arrived in California in the same condition that we sent it in and arrived a day earlier than they had originally anticipated. Overall we were very pleased and will likely use them again the next time we need to move a car.
