The service was exceptional from start to finish. The original quote never changed. Detailed information regarding the process was provided every step of the way. The window of time I requested for pickup was met. The Ship a Car Direct application was simple and intuitive to use to document the condition of both vehicles that I shipped. The carrier that was selected was amazing. I had text and call communication with the driver throughout the entirety of the shipment. The cross-country shipment only took two days! My vehicles were delivered safely and without damage.
