I am not one to typically write reviews, however I felt that not writing one for Ship a Car Direct would be a disservice to those looking to ship their cars. Recently, my husband and I moved from the East Coast to the West Coast. We had a really awful experience with another car shipping company out of Bethpage, NY. I then found the fantastic reviews for Ship a Car Direct and was able to work with an amazing employee who provided the best car shipment experience ever. Christina was our liaison who provided clear, concise and timely info consistently throughout our experience. We also were contacted several times by other team members to ensure that our car was safe, protected and trekking seamlessly across the US. Throughout this entire process we were beyond satisfied with how timely, responsive and accountable Ship a Car Direct was during the service they provided. This was a tremendous relief considering the stress we endured with the initial car shipping company. I will ONLY use Ship a Car Direct moving forward!
