We have nothing but positive comments to provide about Ship a Car Direct. At all points along the way, customer service was paramount. Our contact with Jennifer was first rate. When we booked the service, arrangements were made very quickly and effectively. Calls, texts and e-mail gave us a sense of assurance that all was in order. Our car arrived last night and everything was in good shape. Along the way, we heard on several occasions from the driver, another aspect of assuring that all was in order. The bottom line: Would we use Ship A Car Direct again? Yes.
