Shipacardirect provided smooth brokerage services, had a contact person that I could always reach. Very good communication. They dispatched the car transport from NY to Washington State through Starlight Auto Moving Company. The driver, Alex, was excellent, communicated well, and seemed like a nice, hard-working young man. No glitches or bait and switch tactics with Shipacardirect and with Starlight Auto Moving. Very professional all around.
