This service was great, very responsive, especially when I wanted to move up my dates for pickup. Scott explained everything clearly and it worked exactly as he said. The carrier was good at communicating and pickup drop off went smoothly. The only thing I would remark on was that it really was not door to door service- had to got to a nearby location because of limited mobility of the car carrier on both ends. Not a big deal but slightly inconvenient.
