Fairly easy process. Cory was a little difficult to get ahold of, but it sounds like it's just one guy trying to answer the phone and emails so understandably busy. Email response was better than phone.
The company they found to ship was decent enough. Picked up a day late but dropped off a day early. Cory makes it clear that the dates are estimates only.
Overall, I'd use them again.
