To the Ship A Car Direct team: I am writing because I wanted to let you know what a great experience we had with you at ShipACarDirect. Thank you for helping us understand a process that was completely unfamiliar. Your prompt responses to my questions was reassuring. I felt well-informed throughout the entire process. One of your competitors made a phone call to me after we'd booked with you that planted a seed of doubt. He made an informed guess that we contracted with your company, and said, "Well, if they don't follow through, we will fix it." That is a lousy business strategy and reflects poorly on them, but it still gave me pause at at time when were were incredibly stressed and vulnerable. Moving is so difficult and draining and causes you to doubt when you otherwise wouldn't. I am so glad that I ignored him, asked questions for reassurance, and had the amazing experience with you all that your reviews pointed to. And, to top it all off, our vehicles arrived the SAME DAY that we arrived. This was completely unexpected, and not something we even hoped for. The logistics worked in our favor. Amazing! Thank you again for such an overwhelmingly positive experience. I will happily all of our friends and family to you.
