Made the mistake of going with another broker and they failed at every promise. Fortunately, this broker followed thru on all counts. Yes, it cost a little more but the car arrived safely and without a scratch. In fact, I was very impressed with the actual transporter! He had a new 80 foot transport truck and he was also very professional and courteous.
