After a week of searching, being hounded by phone calls and emails from shippers, I found Ship a Car Direct. My first phone call confirmed I was dealing with a company that wanted to help me and who were straightforward, honest and clear about the process. From start to finish I experienced great customer care, The shipper they chose was efficient, getting my car to me a day earlier than quoted and when delivering to the door proved impossible, quickly agreed a collection point 10 minutes from my home. The 'damage' phone app made it easy to record the condition of the car at pickup and delivery. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone wanting to ship a car at a reasonable price, with no hassles. Great job, thank you.
