Everything from my initial contact to investigate transporting a car from Ohio until the delivery in California was fast and easy. The initial call came quickly after my online contact and answered all of my questions. They kept me informed throughout the process. A carrier was hired quickly and my contact with them was also easy and professional at every step. If I ever need to have a car transported again, I would not even consider using a company other than Ship a Car Direct.
