We are very satisfied with the service from the initial contact to the delivery acceptance. I enjoyed having a direct contact for any questions that we had throughout the process. We had material that we could review to help manage our expectations and eased our concerns. The correspondence kept us from guessing as to what was next. The driver was superb as well. It was obvious that he would treat our car like it was his personal vehicle. Kudos to a job well done. Scott's patience, knowledge and courteous spirit is one of the main reasons I narrowed this company down as one of the final 2 carriers when shopping for the right carrier.
