Tried for the first time this method to get my car to Florida, without the winter driving. The whole transaction was very smooth. They contacted me to pick up the car, then keep you posted on progress and contact you again for delivery. Couldn't be simpler. They even have a phone app that guides you thru the process of taking pictures of the car before you ship it, so that you can file a claim if there is any damage. Will use again for sure
