Very prompt communication both before and after the transaction was made. Shipacardirect also institutes a great picture, and damage logging system to ensure your vehicle arrives in the same condition it was initially shipped. My only complaint is that it took nearly a week to select a carrier, for what I would think would be a pretty popular trucking route (New York City to Boulder, CO). I would choose Shipacardirect again.
