1. Communication was excellent, with all the instructions clear and calls answered by a competent person. 2. The pick-up was a smooth, the transpost service gave me the day of the pick-up a day before and the driver called 2 hours before. 3. When we arrived to the pick-up place, the driver was already there, waiting. 4. The car was delivered within 4 days (the estimate was 5-7 days. Best experience we had so far!
