I was assigned a driver, but he could not transport on that day. I contacted Ship A Car and they assigned me another driver the next day. The car was picked up with no issues. Nick was the driver. He gave me his direct cell phone number. I was able to reached him to get a status update. He called me a few hours before delivering my car. It was delivered with no problems.
