I contact a number of shipping brokers and was not impressed with any of them, except for one agent - John Byler. He was friendly, very professional and explained the entire process including his company's fee and how he would try and get a carrier price below, at or slightly higher than his estimate. John obtained a carrier for pick up on the same day I requested it and at the price he quoted. His follow-up, prompt responses and answers to my phone calls and emails were supurb through delivery of the suv. I plan on giving him and Ship A Car Direct top revews to the BBB and on your web site. Also, the email follow-up by your other personnel was excellent. John and Ship A car are to be highly commended for outstanding service.
