The overall process was quick and efficient. Only a slight glitch in the pickup where it was delayed by a night, and it was a problem only because we had a flight next morning, but the driver took care of it and picked up the car from my roommates. It was an open transport so there was obvious dirt and black smog spots all over the car. The entire car smelled like smog. No damages or scratches, so only cleaning will fix everything. The service claimed it to be door-to-door, but given the size of the pickup trailers, it is not possible for the driver to pick up from the door unless you have huge open space outside, so we had to Uber about 5.5 miles to receive the delivery as we live in downtown, however, the driver was really kind to offer reimbursement for the Uber fares. I would definitely recommend the service who is looking for something similar and would use it again myself.
