Let me start by saying after reviewing the car shipping industry I was very hesitant to even attempt this. The first company I contacted were very pushy and I just didn't have a good feeling about it. However when I contacted Ship A Car Direct and talked to John i felt entirely at ease. John explained everything quite clearly and I felt there was nothing being hidden. Once I made the reservation, multiple people contacted me for various things such as how to take pictures, what to do if by chance damage did happen and so forth. The actual driver contacted me and we talked about picking the car up a day early which was fine and he picked up the phone whenever I called him during the transport. Very professional and courteous. Car arrived dirty as can be expected but no damage.
