I had a pretty much flawless experience. They were very good about communicating with me before, during, and after the pickup and drop off — I was assigned a personal point of contact. They also reminded me and prepared me before the pickup. The entire experience was pretty pleasant and smooth. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the driver was not able to drop my car off at the drop off address. He said his truck wouldn’t fit but I thought the destination address had more room than the pickup address. I had to ask someone to drive me 5 minutes to pickup my car. Otherwise, everything went very well and I would still highly recommend ship a car direct if you’re ok with this small issue.
