I got my car shipped from the east coast to west coast with Ship-a-car-direct and it was a good experience. They charge a bit more than other companies but I think their damage-free guarantee and customer service gave me peace of mind. I had many restrictions in terms of dates, but this company managed to meet all requirements. I was contacted by the driver one day in advance of pickup and on the day off, which was very re-assuring since it was my first time shipping a car. It was raining heavily on the day of the pickup but the driver was very understanding and helpful. Ship a car direct also provided an app which allowed you to take photos of your car from multiple angles for understanding damages if any that might be incurred on my car. The app wasn't user-friendly but I liked the option. My sister was the one receiving the car, and wasn't contacted the day before delivery, so I had to call the company many times to figure out who the driver was and what the time of delivery would be. My car arrived undamaged, and was relatively clean, not that much dust on the car, which I really appreciated. I recommend using Ship-a-car-direct for shipping your car and peace of mind.
