Regarding order #761434. This was my first experience shipping a car and it was the most nerve wrecking experience just to find a trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced company. I did my research before actually selecting Ship a Car Direct and signing the contract. They had the best reviews on yelp, Google, transport reviews and the Better Business Bureau. I needed to ship my daughters car to her in Alabama from California and they worked with me on every step during this process. In my experience with this company they stand by their commitment to providing great customer service from Wade to Farrah to Elijah to Maricel. All of these names listed are people who contributed to my positive experience and that included the driver as well. My daughter got her car sooner than expected and communication was great while enroute. If I have to ship a car again there is no doubt as to who I am going to trust my car with and you should too. Thank you Ship a Car Direct for providing the experience I was expecting and more.
