The process was made simple enough by John. He answered any questions I had and, since I booked more than a month in advance, he sent me emails often assuring me that I was not forgotten about. Unfortunately, the specific day I wanted my car to arrive didn't happen, I would have preferred it to arrive on a Saturday or a Sunday, but it arrived on a Monday at night. I knew this was a possibility going in, so I can't really fault them. My car arrived exactly the way that I shipped it off and that's all I really was asking for when choosing a car transporter.
