We recently had a very positive experience with "Ship a Car Direct." We were assigned an operator who was very helpful throughout the process. You have to be a little flexible with pickup and delivery dates as shipping across the country is logistically difficult. I drove the car to a lot that was closer to a major interstate, and it was picked up there without any issue. It was delivered early, but the carrier held it in his shipping yard with no extra fees. To make life easier we picked up the car at the shipping yard without incident and it made the trip flawlessly. The shipping yard was a short drive from my daughter's college so it all worked out great! Communication was very good between the broker, carrier, and us. We will certainly use them again.
