This was my first time shipping my 2016 Touareg across the country, so I was quite hesitant and reluctant when deciding who to use and trust. I had received many quotes from many brokers, some very cheap, some very expensive, and all with good and bad reviews. But when I spoke with Eve on the phone her mannerism and professionalism, her knowledge and honest explanations regarding what would be involved was very reassuring, call it a gut feeling I guess. I did not feel this way after speaking to many others. Both Car Direct and the carriers, Westwind Intercontinent, were prompt, on time and very careful with the car. Once they picked up the car they ensured a constant stream of communication and they never let you feel left out in the dark about the entire process. I would highly recommend this company and the people that work for them, If I ever need to do this again I will definitely use their services. This was not a small decision to make, I was extremely satisfied with the service and my car made it to Florida, even when there was a hurricane warning, without a scratch, perfect!
