Ship A car was great at setting up the car transport. They handled everything, including a delivery address change. Unfortunately, my carrier arrived a day early for pick up, which wasn't a big deal. The carrier waited until the next day to retrieve the car. The real issue was that he arrived to drop off the vehicle TWO days before scheduled. NO ONE was there to pick up the car, so it had to wait at an off-site lot. Had I not had a relative retrieve the car, the lot would have charged a storage fee! Delivery dates matter. Fortunately, no scratches or dings :) All in all, it was an almost perfect experience.
