My experience was fantastic. They moved my car from Atlanta to Seattle and I had no issues at all. They quickly found a shipper to carry my car, and the driver Tony was the absolute nicest man I've ever met. I could not have even imagined a better experience. Tony picked up my car right on time, delivered it early (but with a day of advanced notice so I could plan), and was extremely accommodating and patient. Jennifer and all the Ship A Car Direct staff were very helpful throughout the whole process, providing a lot of clarity and person-to-person contact. They make it easy to get questions answered. Overall a flawless experience. If I ever need to move my car again, this is the company I'll be using.
