My husband and I were relocating from Minnesota to Arizona. We needed to have 3 cars shipped. We went with Ship a Car Direct for 1 of our vehicles and chose a competitor for the other 2 vehicles because the competitor was a little cheaper. If I could do it all over again, I would certainly have shipped all 3 via Ship a Car Direct. Right from the 'get-go', Ship a Car Direct outperformed the competitor. The companies/drivers they use are second to none. Whereas the competitor picked up our cars a day late, Ship a Car Direct was right on time. Fast forward to drop off, once again Ship a Car Direct was on time. The competitor got delayed 2 additional times. I know that in this industry, delays are sometimes inevitable, but I honestly believe that Ship a Car Direct is just more stringent on who they allow their business to go to, and I as a customer appreciate it. The little bit of money I saved in going with a competitor I paid for on the back end with delays and frustration, so I won't make that mistake again. The emails and updates from Ship a Car Direct are also nice, professional, and focused on providing a good overall customer experience.
