Overall satisfied with service. Pickup and drop off went fairly smoothly. No new damage to the car. The driver nearly walked away with $10 more than I owed him but when I caught the mistake he promptly gave it back. Also the communication during the deliver was not as prompt and consistent as I would have liked. If my
Timeline were tighter or my car more valuable I would have been less than satisfied.
