I had a trouble-free experience with a car shipment from Pittsburgh, PA, to Escondido, CA in June 2019. I had already moved out from Pittsburgh, and they were able to contact my neighbor to obtain the key to the car and load it on the transport. The car arrived in Escondido a day late but in great shape and I was encouraged by the fact that the drivers had a really nice truck. No issue with damage to the car. I recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct highly for cost-effective car transportation. The agent assigned to my order was easy to work with and they even have a smart-phone app to photograph your car and forward pictures to them in case of damage claims.
