I have never shipped a car before and found the process to be a little stressful. I did receive great communication via email and was able to speak to someone when needed. Once the driver and date were confirmed I was contacted by both the driver and company to confirm the date and times. On delivery day, i received a phone a call the day before and an hour again the day of delivery to confirm the time and location. All went well and smooth.
