Shipped M5 from Puyallup WA to Augusta GA. Once I decided to go with ship a car direct, got numerous emails to explain the process and answer any questions. Once shipping company was selected however, there was poor coordination between the shipping company and me. Had to call them multiple times to try to confirm the date and time of pickup. Ship A Car Direct kinda fell off the face of the earth when they got their $250 deposit. Car did safely arrive in Augusta in 3 days.
