The actual transport driver was very friendly but figuring out the actual logistics was not simple and people didn't always reply promptly. When i first called shipacar the guy wasn't that helpful and told me to "just click the link in your email." This is the first time I've ever used something like this and I would have appreciated a kinder approach. I also had no idea what was realistic in terms of time lines- once they assigned the shipper it took several texts from me to make sure they could work within time windows that I had available. This is challenging when you have 2 people in different cities working full time and want to me sure the transport will work. Once I received the car the man who drove it out was very friendly and super helpful. Keep your expectations for communication low (aside from form generated emails) and you'll be fine.
