I worked with Jennifer to have my Porsche transported from Florida to CA in a enclosed carrier. As you can imagine I was nervous about what could happen to my toy! Jennifer was very responsive by phone, email as well as text. She was patient and explained everything and responded clearly to all questions. I even changed the move date on her without any frustration on her part. There was never any pressure. Their price was not the lowest but it was not the highest. When we did pick a form move date the carrier was assigned within a day or two and pickup went smoothly and on time.. The driver, Rinat of Gorban Transportation Inc. was also quite responsive and a nice guy, He kept in touch with me as he moved across the country and was responsive to my texts. All in all, this was great experience and I would strongly recommend Ship a Car Direct. Oh, most importantly, there was no damage to my baby!
