Car arrived safe and sound which is the most important. It took awhile to get a pickup (enclosed) and communication with Ship a Car Direct was sparse once they secured the carrier. I found myself reaching out to the driver and finding out about delays instead of hearing it from Ship a Car so I can’t give 5 stars but I got the car is clean shape which is what really matters. I’d consider using them again if I need auto transport in the future.
