When I called Ship a Car Direct I had no idea how shipping a car worked. David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was always available when I needed to get in touch with him. The process went very smooth. Once a driver took the job David helped me arrange a good meeting location and eased my mind about giving my car to a total stranger. The car was picked up on time and made it to it's new location on the day promised. I was very happy with the entire process.
