Ship A Car Direct was great. I found them via a magazine article on the most recommended car shipping companies. I got quotes from a few, and this company was comparable in price. David was great in explaining all details and offered suggestions for possible ways to lower the cost (e.g., ship to a bigger city, different time of year). I am being compensated for this review ($50). So that also reduces your cost. You’re not required to write a good review, you’re just required to write a review to get the $50 rebate after your car is delivered. And $50 is not enough money for me to write a glowing review if I wasn’t happy. This company really was great. Shipping a car across the country is expensive, so you definitely want to make a good choice. Definitely Google them regarding and the other companies regarding what they do and don’t cover in the shipping process. Again, David was really good at keeping in touch and explaining everything too. Upon confirming with them, they sent an optional app and instructions to document the condition of the car. It’s a little challenging to figure out how to get back to you where you left off but does work and was a good tool for real-time phone photo documentation just before your car is picked up. The contracted driver was professional and picked up the car and delivered it with no problem. The only difference upon receipt was that it was dirty; however, it traveled 3000 miles and was pouring rain when I received it. Ship A Car Direct was great at staying in touch though the entire process to ensure that the pickup, transport, and delivery were all occurring as scheduled and without issue. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
