Our Mini Cooper was delivered to us in Florida on the scheduled day and in good condition with no damage. However the original carrier that Ship A Car Direct had lined up for us appeared and did the inspection and we filled out paperwork and then I casually asked, "and this is for delivery on Tues. April 23 right?" (the not for delivery before date given to Ship A Car Direct0 . The driver said no, he was going to deliver on Saturday. As we were not going to be there yet, our driver then cancelled the contract. This caused us additional time that we didn't really have to coordinate with Ship A Car Direct and the next carrier that they lined up. So then our only negative but significant comment is that Ship A Car Direct should do a better job of following up with the carriers to ensure that agreed dates will be met.
