Placing the order was easy enough, I called a couple of times with questions. When I finally pulled the trigger, it took another week for my car to get picked up and another 2 1/2 weeks to get my car. The delivery was a bit difficult to coordinate, since the driver couldn't really narrow down a time until the day of. My work schedule was pretty tight that day, but made it happen. All in all, would recommend this service.
