Had to ship a car from North Central Florida to Oakland CA. I did some research on the Internet and Ship-a-Car-Direct was the transport company I picked. It worked out well. As it was my first time shipping a car, they helped me understand the process and kept me informed all the way. The driver they picked for me did a good job too, although there was a glitch - the pick up was delayed by one day. It turned out that the driver was not able to contact another customer whose car was to be picked up. Although Ship a Car Direct was not responsible for such an incident, one should be aware that this can happen.
