I chose 'Ship a Car Direct' after doing research on shipping car companies online. It was my first time to ship cars. John was super helpful, professional and friendly to let me know how to choose appropriate pickup and delivery dates to match our request of timeline. He could answer all my questions and give me pieces of advice. The Carrier took full of responsibility and was very friendly. Happy on two cars arrived at the destination safely. Definitely choosing 'Ship a Car Direct' next time.
