We used shipacardirect to transport my sons car from California to North Carolina. They were good with communication during the scheduling process and very easy to contact and get updates from while the car was being transported. The driver was on time to pick up the car and deliver the car. Car was delivered in perfect condition and on time. The only issue I had was during the scheduling process I was asked to increase the amount I paid the transport company (actual trucking company) to increase the chance they would take my car. I increased the price by $100, but the transport company’s cut only increased by $75 and shipacardirect kept the other $25. This is not what I had offered in my email to shipacardirect. I was also not happy when I saw that, even though they were not the cheapest bid, the amount they offered the transport company to take my car was the least of any company sending cars to North Carolina. I do appreciate that they give you insurance on any damage your car may incur during transport and this is why I chose to use them. Their app is also very easy to use and useful for documenting your cars condition both before transport and after delivery.
