My experience with Ship a Car Direct, and specifically Scott, was excellent and seamless. I had my Mercedes shipped from Chicago to Phoenix and there were absolutely no problems. My car was picked up on a Thursday evening and delivered the following Monday early afternoon. Ship a Car Direct's Terms and Conditions do an excellent job outlining what their reponsibilities are, as well as the customer's. I highly recommend, anyone considering using their services, to take time to read the T&C's carefully/completely and also watch the Q&A video provided online. This firm is professional, polite, reasonable, and trust worthy - they stand behind what the promise. Great Value! 5Stars!.
