As a first time user - I am satisfied with the transport. They are definitely a little pricier than some but they are there to answer your questions and keep you in the loop. Once they find you a transport company - that is who you will communicate with from pickup to delivery. Ship a car direct (broker) takes its portion of payment by credit card. The transport company wants cashiers check. Credit card transporters are available upon request (most carriers do not accept credit cards) with an additional fee included. If you are a planner - this might not be the way for you as they only notify you a day or 2 before your pickup date that they found a carrier and who it is. Until then, they try and reassure you that they will get someone, but the whole process weighs on your mind. All in all - satisfied with the outcome and my transporter - Buckeye Transport Group was awesome! Thanks
