Needed to ship my car cross country in the winter. Ship a Car Direct from day 1 was great to work with. Always answered the phone, almost always with the same agent who started with me from the very beginning. They provided a quote immediately--and that rate stayed the same to the end. They have a great app that allows you to upload pre- and post-trip photos of your car in case anything happened to it while in transit. No problems happened with my car, but it was still great to have that for peace of mind. They found a shipper in advance of my desired pick up date, car was picked up on the date I wanted it to be picked up, and arrived to my house when I wanted it. A great experience all around and I recommend them to others.
