This was a no hassle door to door transport from northern New Jersey to New Orleans. Matt explained the entire process before we signed up, quoted us a price, and made sure we understood that because it was high season for car transport in the greater NY area that we might have to wait a bit. Matt was in daily contact with us by email assuring us he was on the job. It took about a week before a transport company was identified. During our wait ShipACarDirect advised us on how to prep the car and document our car's condition with a photographic app they provided. When the transport company called we were able to arrange pickup of our car within two hours. The driver was very professional and similarly documented the car's condition before loading it onto the transport. There was no negotiation or undisclosed hidden fee demanded by the driver. We even put a few items in the cargo area. A week later my daughter took possession of her car in New Orleans. The driver called her well in advance of his arrival. Because she lives on a small street they also agreed to offload the car transport in a local Walmart parking lot. There was no damage. She was also grateful that the driver could unload at 10:30 p.m. since she works days. I would recommend ShipACarDirect in a heartbeat.
