The shipping process was smooth and successful. John was always in touch and there was always somebody to reach out to to get information about the shipment and my car. The truck driver had no problem getting to the actual delivery address. Only complain, quote price is usually less than what you will really pay. This is based on my 2 experiences with Ship a Car Direct. The first time we did not proceed with the shipment after having a higher priced offer with a driver. This time we really needed to get the car to our new place so we proceeded even though the price was higher than what they quoted. We do not regret. The car is in excellent condition and it we got it 4 days sooner than expected.
