Had a good experience using Ship A Car Direct

I recently successfully shipped my car with Ship A Car Direct from FL to WA. I had gotten quotes from other companies and Ship A Car Direct was not just the one with the best rate but I appreciated their communication process as well. The fact that I was connected to a friendly representative that answered all my initial questions and kept me updated throughout the process until the point when my carrier was assigned was very much appreciated and made me feel more comfortable about my choice. The carrier that was assigned to transport my car (ABP Logistics) did a good job and delivered my car without issues. They did call me to pick up my car in FL one day before I had told Ship a Car Direct that it would be available for shipment. However, I didn't really push back so perhaps they would have been okay picking up the following day too if I had said it would not be available. So, fortunately, everything ended up working out okay plus I was able to get it delivered in WA sooner. Would use Ship a Car Direct again. Just keep in mind that the way car shipping brokers work is that cars are generally assigned to a carrier just within a few days to a week before the date you indicated it would be available to ship. So if you coordinate with Ship A Car Direct well in advance (I did it about 3-4 weeks before my car would ship) it will still take a while before you know which carrier will be transporting your car. But that seems to be how all car shipping brokers work. Fortunately Ship A Car Direct maintained communication with me during that waiting period which was helpful.
