I was able to ship my car from CA to NY for a reasonable. The driver was great and worked with me to have to car delivered in NY picked up by friends since I would be arriving later. I took one star off the review because the number I was given for the transport number was no good. I got the contact number on a Saturday and tried to call but there was no answer. I called Ship Cars Direct and got their weekend support who were no help. I was nervous about handing my car off to a company that didn't seem to exist. The driver finally texted me to arrange a time and place to hand off my car, and once I met him and had his name and number, I let him take the car. So overall, I had an good experience, but I wish Ship Cars Direct was more diligent about verifying contact info for auto transport companies.
